Need something FREE to do with little kids in Central Arkansas area? Here is something thats great for everyone!

So, we have three young children. If you are like us, you need something that the whole family can enjoy that has something for everyone in ONE place. If you are also like us, FREE is a good thing.

Well, I found it for you. It is Pinnacle Mountain State Park in Little Rock, Arkansas. Worried they wont have everything you want? Here is a check list.

Bathrooms
Easy Trails (Medium and hard too if you like. I saw 7 year olds at the top of Pinnacle Mountain)
Wildlife
Educational Factor
Playground
Animals Welcome
Fishing
Canoeing
Picnic Tables
Shade

There are several different places to go within this park. It is huge. However, the one that is the most kid friendly (and has everything listed above) is the location off of Highway 300. Here are the directions. Get there via Interstate 430 and take the exit for Highway 10 west (Cantrell Road). Follow Highway 10 until a traffic light at the intersection of Chenal Parkway, Highway 10 and Highway 300. Make a right onto Highway 300. The park entrance and the parking area to the play area and West Summit Trail is located on the right.

There are a lot of things to see along the trails. The hardest thing is just picking one.

We picked them all! I have added some photo's of our adventure. Enjoy and happy adventuring!
